My name is Alex. I was born in 1974 here in Bavaria, Upper Palatinate (Oberpfalz).
I have 2 children and a dog.
The me. stands for master craftsman. I had passed a long time ago as a master of car electric-mechanic and master of agricultural machinery mechanican. But unfortunately, I can no longer work for health reasons. Now there is more time for the hobby.
In 1983 my father gave me a used mobile CB radio with 12 AM channels. Since then, I was infected. My uncle Karl, DL4RAK, inspired me to make the amateur radio license in 1993 in Regensburg.
My passion is repeater construction (VHF/UHF). I build and design them on my own, preserving old devices and reviving them.
